Pérols is known as the "door of the Camargue," the white horses and black bulls inhabit the surrounding grasslands, and in July and August at the fairs are many Pérols: the "bull running" running of the bulls through the streets of the village. In the arenas, you can watch the bulls pool, shopping at the cow and races the cockade on the tunes of bullfighting. Often these events are followed by a competition pool in the afternoon or a dance hall on the village square in the evening.
