After you have created SAP Confirmations from Meridium APM Confirmation records, you can validate the information in the SAP Confirmations against the information in the Meridium APM Confirmation records.
To validate SAP Confirmations against Meridium APM Confirmation records:
In SAP, run the following transaction: IW43
The Display PM Order Confirmation: Initial Screen appears.
If you know the Confirmation number of the Confirmation that you want to validate, in the Confirmation text box, type the Confirmation number, which appears in the Confirmation Number cell on the Confirmation datasheet in the Meridium APM system.
-or-
If you know the Order number associated with the Confirmations that you want to validate, in the Order text box, type the Order number, which appears in the Work Order Number cell on the Confirmation datasheet in the Meridium APM system.
Click the 
button.
If only one Confirmation meets the specified criteria, the Display PM Order Confirmation: Actual Data screen appears, displaying the values that appear on the Confirmation datasheet in the Meridium APM system.

If more than one Confirmation meets the specified criteria, the Display PM Order Confirmation: Confirmation Overview screen appears, displaying a list of the Confirmations that meet the specified criteria. In the list, you can see the values that appear on the Confirmation datasheet in the Meridium APM system.
