Coco Rocha's Number One Secret To Being Beautiful (And It Ain't Lipstick)

Just a couple of hours ago, I flopped down on the abs mat at the gym all spent and sweaty when suddenly a vision of total grace and beauty brought her exercise ball my way and started her crunches. I did my best not to stare, but there she was: my favorite model of the moment, Coco Rocha. I feigned intensity with the five pound weights for about another two minutes and then I just started gushing. Luckily, she was one of the loveliest people I've come across in a while, and was even willing to share her number one tip to looking beautiful. Find out what it is, after the jump.

Forget the idea that models are a.) born skinny minnies who don't have to take work to look good or b.) forgoing both food and exercise in order to look lean and lithe. Coco, who has been rather outspoken against the prevalence of eating disorders in the fashion biz, told me she works out every single day. "I dance, I come to the gym, I just do something active every day," she said. And how does she keep from getting bored with it? "Find something you love to do, and it won't feel like work." She was famously discovered at a dancing competition in her native Canada, and still keeps up the shimmying as often as she can (though this morning, she said she was just getting over the end of a little fashion flu and had been out of commission for a few days). Nice to know models have to work to keep in shape just like the rest of us, isn't it?
