‘America’s Got Talent: The Champions’ makes viewers gag when The Professional Regurgitator swallows razor [WATCH]

“Do not try this at home,” warned “America’s Got Talent: The Champions” host Terry Crews just before Stevie Starr, aka The Professional Regurgitator, walked out on stage during the fourth episode. After originally coming in fourth place back in Season 10 (where he lost to singer/ukuleleist Grace VanderWaal), this Scottish performer returned for the spinoff series to prove that his unique regurgitation skills were deserving of the “Champion” title. Watch The Professional Regurgitator’s gag-inducing performance above.

The Professional Regurgitator approached the judges’ table and told Heidi Klum, Simon Cowell, Mel B and Howie Mandel, “This is so cool to have me back. It’s such a privilege.” He began the act by swallowing a small screw and a bolt and asking the audience whether they’d like him to place the bolt at the beginning, middle or end of the screw. When the audience told him the middle, he wiggled his tummy a bit and then regurgitated the screw and bolt perfectly as requested.

For his next trick he swallowed a tomato and a razor blade, but that’s when Simon hit his red X. “I can’t watch this,” he explained, looking a bit white in the face. The Professional Regurgitator continued the act, slicing the tomato in half inside of his stomach and then vomiting up both parts.

Despite his impressive talent, the Superfan voters decided to send through singer Brian Justin Crum while Simon used his Golden Buzzer on plane crash survivor Kechi. That meant The Professional Regurgitator was eliminated from the competition.

In his “AGT” live blog, our recapper John Benutty had this to say about The Professional Regurgitator’s performance: “The artist Heidi declared her absolute favorite of all time, Stevie the regurgitator, took the stage. Tonight he managed to regurgitate: an unscrewed bolt and screw that he screwed while inside him and a cherry tomato and small blade that he promised to slice while inside him (at this point Simon hit his red X). The two tricks may have made Simon feel sick, but Howie appreciated his polarizing talent and Heidi continued to drown him with praise for him being so unique.”
