Ingredients
- 1/4 small pineapple, cut into 1/4" pieces
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp. lime juice
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 1/2 heart romaine lettuce (if using finely shredded; about 1 1/2 cups)
- 1/4 c. cilantro, chopped
Directions
- Step 1In bowl, toss pineapple and green onions with lime juice, olive oil and 1/4 teaspoon each salt and pepper.
- Step 2Toss with romaine lettuce and cilantro.
