Drawings depict a two-story Colonial Revival-style house with a clapboard exterior. House has living room with fireplace, dining room, kitchen, lavatory, covered porch, maid's room and bathroom, four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an attached two-car garage. A recreation room with fireplace is on the basement level.
