How to Prep

To Bake a Canned Ham
  1. Remove ham from can and place in baking pan.
  2. Add 1/2 cup of water to pan.
  3. Cover pan securely with foil.
  4. Bake at 325ºF for 1 hour or until meat thermometer inserted at center reads 135ºF.

Serving a Canned Ham Cold

Canned hams are fully cooked and may be served cold right from the can.

To Open a Canned Ham
  1. Lift handle straight up, then pull back.
  2. Remove cover by bending back and forth.
  3. Leftover ham may be stored, wrapped and kept in the refrigerated in plastic can for up to 7 days.
