The award winning Maxi-Cosi FamilyFix base takes the stress out of putting a car seat in the car and makes travelling with young children simple. Using the IsoFix fastening system to attach the base to your car, there's no need to fiddle around with seat belts as you would with a conventional car seat base - it's a very quick and easy process.
Safety is of paramount importance and a 3 light and sound indicator will tell you when the seat has been safely installed. The first light will come on when the base is in the right place on the IsoFix points, the second when the support is in the right position and the third once the car seat has been fitted correctly onto the base. You will also hear a beep to confirm this. This innovative car seat base has been designed with your child's comfort in mind with several reclining positions to ensure your child is comfortable throughout the journey. The Maxi-Cosi FamilyFix can be used from birth with the Maxi-Cosi Pebble and CabrioFix car seats and up to 3.5 years with the Maxi-Cosi Pearl. While most modern cars are fitted with IsoFix points, it is advisable to check when purchasing the product that it is compatible with your car.

It's amazing how quick it is to get the carry cot or car seat in the car without having to strap it in. It couldn't be simpler, especially with the light and sound indicators to tell you if it's in the right position. A Godsend for parents, especially when you have other children to get into the car. It is a bit on the expensive side but, believe me, it's worth every penny!via idealo

It does let you know if it isn't which is great. Would recommend.via idealo
