BRIEF SUMMARY
- Mildly Venomous
- Looks just like the Sri-Lankan Cat Snake, Boiga Nuchalis & Thackerayi's Cat Snake.
- Slender snakes with yellowish brown dorsal and black crossbars.
- Large eyes with vertical pupils and has a black streak running across eyes.
- Found in the hills of Western Ghats.

The 2 Boiga mentioned below are almost identical to the Beddome's Cat Snake and would need scale counts to tell. Both snakes are endemic to the WG.
