Tree up to 25 m tall, branches irregularly distributed, massive, bark grey and smooth. Leaves 5 - 7 foliolate, rarely 9, margin leaflet entire. Flowers produced during dryor wet season, with petals white. Fruits variable, ussually oblong, pericarp ussually yellow-brown or greenish.
Phenology:varies greatly between localities.
