At Indeval, we are focused on
innovation, improving customer satisfaction, and continuing with schemes that
strengthen the security of our customers.
In these years, we have released new projects that strengthen our technological infrastructure, our communication with clients, and the satisfaction and promptness of our operational processes.

We established another communication scheme with
our clients: SWIFT, which allows all our participants to connect even more to
international standards (ISO 15022/20022), and STP (straight through
processing) processes that optimize operational flows and response times in
daily operations.

Indeval provides three communication channels of
the Participant's choice (Dalí Portal, PFI, and SWIFT), thus strengthening
operational continuity and process resilience.

In 2021, the "Requirements Guide" was
published, focused on strengthening Indeval's infrastructure with new security,
technology, and operational risk requirements that the market must comply with
to connect with Indeval.

At the same time, to improve operational
processes, response times, and new technologies and market trends, we developed
and implemented automated operational processes with robots that allow us to
mitigate operational risk and improve service times. In the last year, Indeval
improved response times from 4 hours to only 30 minutes in the processing of
dividends.

Finally, we improved our website to provide a
better experience to our users and the general public, making it more intuitive
and functional. Soon, we will launch our private site with more information of
interest to our customers. Wait for it!
