Introduction: HOW TO DO a SOMERSAULT

FOR BEST RESULTS, READ ALL STEPS BEFORE ATTEMPTING TO DO A SOMERSAULT. STEPS 4-7 ARE TO BE DONE IN ONE FLUID MOTION.

Step 1:

Stand tall with hands above your head and feet close together

Step 2:

Squat down, balancing on the balls of your feet.

Step 3:

Tuck your head and plant your hands on the floor.

Step 4:

Put your head on the ground and while using your legs, push your bum over your head and kick off the ground.

Step 5:

Using your momentum, roll onto your back.

Step 6:

Roll onto your feet.

Step 7:

Stand up!
