The Giant Leaves of Anthurium rugulosum

These plants have truly gigantic leaves (the original image had me standing next to it and it is as big as I am). The small opening at the top of the leaf is a perfect fit for a face and the internet is full of photos of people with their faces in there.

Goodness, what a breathtaking size you describe. I see the genus 'Anthurium' and simply think immediately of the well-known houseplants (or here in Australia outdoors where there's no frost). This leaf looks like it is made of leather, incredible. Posted 2 years ago
