Two injured, home destroyed in Shellsburg fire

SHELLSBURG, Iowa (KCRG) - Two people were airlifted to the hospital after a fire destroyed a home in Shellsburg over the weekend.

It happened on Saturday. Multiple fire departments responded to the fire.

The Palo Fire Department shared images after the fire had been extinguished, saying crews responded to assist the Canton-Benton-Shellsburg Volunteer Fire Department.
