The original Netflix series "A Killer Paradox," which was released on Feb. 9, topped the streaming service's weekly chart for TV shows not in English for the week of Feb. 12-18. (Netflix Top 10)

The dramas "A Killer Paradox" and "Marry My Husband" are seeing global popularity.

Released on Feb. 9, the original Netflix series "A Killer Paradox" topped the streaming service's chart for TV shows not in English for the week of Feb. 12-18.

Netflix Top 10, an official site that compiles weekly data on the time users watch Netflix, on Feb. 21 said the drama was No. 1 overall on the chart with 5.5 million views. It also topped the charts in Korea, Vietnam, Indonesia, Singapore and the Philippines and finished in the top 10 in 43 countries including Canada, France and Mauritius.

Based on the eponymous webtoon, the crime thriller is about college student Lee Tang (played by actor Choi Woo-sik), whose accidental killing of someone leads to him becoming a serial killer, and the detective Jang Nan-gam (Son Suk-ku), who is hot on his trail.

"Marry My Husband" has also grabbed a worldwide following.

CJ ENM on Feb. 21 said the drama is Korea's first to top the global TV show chart of Amazon Prime Video. It also finished second in the January rankings.

Based on the web novel of the same name, "Marry My Husband" stars Park Min-young, Na In-woo, Lee Yi-kyung and Song Ha-yoon. Under the theme of perfect revenge, the series features Kang Ji-won (played by Park) who tragically dies but miraculously goes back in time 10 years in an attempt to change her fate.
