Description

It is a woolly hairy, deciduous plant that grows to a height of 20 cm. The stem has already grown in the lower part. The baskets are in globular compound inflorescences surrounded by sheath leaves. It is a Eurasian species, common in drained swamps, flooded habitats, wet fields from the lowlands to the mountain belt.
