The 𝟲𝟵𝘁𝗵 𝗧𝗿𝗲 𝗚𝗼𝗹𝗳𝗶 𝗦𝗮𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗪𝗲𝗲𝗸 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟰 is over! 🚀 For the third year running, ALA Sailing Team has joined one of the most important long-distance #races in the world, set against the stunning bay in #Naples, with Mount Vesuvius as a backdrop. 𝟭𝟬𝟬 𝘀𝗮𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗺𝘀 have sailed for the 𝟭𝟱𝟬 𝗺𝗶𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗷𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗲𝘆, along the original route starting from Naples, leaving Ponza to the left, then heading towards the Li Galli archipelago, passing by Capri and returning in Naples. 🥉 And this year has been such a special edition for 𝗔𝗟𝗔 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗼𝗱𝗶𝘂𝗺 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲, ranking 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗿𝗱 in the 𝗢𝗥𝗖-𝗖 𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗼𝗿𝘆! "We are incredibly proud of the ALA Sailing team for their outstanding achievement in securing third place in the ORC-C category this year. Their dedication and perseverance have shown remarkable progress, moving from seventh place in 2022 - our first year of attendance - to fourth in 2023, and now standing on the podium. This accomplishment reflects not only their hard teamwork but also our company's spirit of continuous improvement and excellence. Ours was intended to be a project to engage employees in team-building activities, and we did not expect that, three years later, we would achieve these results in an international regatta like the Tre Golfi.
