🌍✨ A Memorable Weekend with the Macedonian Student Organization in Slovenia ✨🌍 This past weekend has been a whirlwind of collaboration, cultural exchange, and exciting partnerships! 🤝🌐 On Saturday (27.1.2024), the Macedonian Student Organization in Slovenia had the honor of hosting the student delegates from the University Student Assembly of St. Cyril and Methodius University in Skopje. Over three incredible days, we engaged in fostering strong ties with key potential partners, enhancing the reach and impact of the largest and most influential student assembly in Macedonia. The journey began with an informal gathering, a chance to build connections, exchange knowledge, and solidify plans for future initiatives. Our discussions centered on a mutual collaboration aimed at bolstering support for Macedonian students in both Slovenia and Macedonia. 🤓🌱 Exploring the city center together, we delved into the rich cultural tapestry of Slovenia, sharing insights about the renowned architect Jože Plečnik and the Romantic Slovene poet France Prešeren. 🏰📚 As the sun set, our focus shifted to academia. At the University of Ljubljana, School of Economics and Business, the student delegates engaged in a conference with representatives from various economics faculties, setting the stage for exciting cooperation and activities in 2024. The highlight? Agreement on the date for the eagerly awaited 5-day event in Budva – Ekonomijada i menadžerijada 2024 (May 15-19, 2024)! 🌟🌍 Monday (29.1.2024) was another day filled with impactful meetings. The Office for International Relations at the University of Ljubljana welcomed us for discussions on student mobility, success stories from Erasmus+ Exchange programs, and strategies for enhancing youth mobility. The day unfolded with captivating insights, not just for students but also for professors and staff training and development. 🎓💼 Later, we explored the stunning Rectorate of the University of Ljubljana, guided by the esteemed president and vice president of the student council. A business lunch ensued, where knowledge flowed freely, and ideas for mutual events and conferences were exchanged. 🍽️🤝 The evening concluded with a business dinner alongside the president of the student council of the SEB LU, solidifying plans for a strengthened initiative and cooperation for Ekonomijada i menadžerijada 2024. 🌐💡 In summary, these whirlwind three days have brought us one step closer to realizing our mission at the Macedonian Student Organization in Slovenia.
