“Now that I look back, I see a beautiful progression.   As the saying goes, "The journey of a thousand miles begins with one step." I took my first step with OnProcess in 2016. Even though it's my individual journey, it's never a solo one.   Having prior experience in Project Management, I started as a Business Analyst with OnProcess.   After 5 years in the organization, I received an opportunity to manage and lead Change Management. I share with a lot of gratification towards my leaders who trusted me and gave me entire freedom to build and lead the process. This role gave me enough opportunity to exhibit my skills in management, leadership, business understanding, process modeling, and team building.   Now, after 2 more years into the process, I am starting on a more fulfilling role in Implementations.   What worked for me in my journey is that I have always been honest in my endeavors, kept seeking knowledge, asking questions no matter how silly others could perceive. I believe there's a very thin line between ignorance and being knowledgeable. And that thin line can be crossed by asking questions. I dared to dream high and have been persistent enough in achieving them. I knew it may drag a little bit, but it will happen in its own sweet time.   I am so grateful to my team and the leaders who provided me with their trust and support, which worked as a launch pad. The challenges, failures, and lows did work as a propellant to push me ahead. The guidance and appreciation from my seniors, co-workers, and team gave me the desired momentum. "In 2018 I joined OnProcess as a Project Coordinator. Since then, I perceived the open culture and the genuine thrive to grow along side with the employees.   Within the coordinator role I was able to see what the company offered externally to the clients and internally to the employees. It was then that I realized that there was a lot to explore and more to learn. I became more interested in the different verticals and after one year and few months, I joined the training team. It was a great experience to connect with other people, expand my knowledge to the multi account model of the company, and the different solutions we could offer.   A year later, I had the life-changing opportunity to join a brand-new team, the Product team. It has been an amazing journey of learning, challenges, and connections with people across the organization. “I started working at OPT back in 2022 as a Logistics Service Representative agent. During that time, I wasn't thinking of how many possibilities there are, however, in less than a year, I was invited as a trainer of a team in Costa Rica. This amazing event helped me to expand my view and gather more and more experience, which I invested when I was promoted to an SME shortly after my return. Since September 2023 I was promoted to a supervisor of two teams. In so little time, the company has given me so many opportunities, for which I am grateful. Everywhere, in every team, there is a chance to improve and develop my skills and people, ready to support me in doing that. "In May 2016, I began my career with OnProcess Technology as a Logistics Service Representative. As a front-line agent, I learned the basics of logistics. 3 months later I moved to the Dispatch team and deepened my knowledge of the dispatch process, export documentation, and special requirements for parts and regions. In 2017 I was promoted to Supervisor of the team. My journey in the company continued with a promotion to Senior supervisor, reaching my current role of Global Operations manager in 2021. During this time, I learned about the full cycle of the service supply chain – from order creation to inbound of the parts back in stock, after repair. I developed my personal skills, my leadership skills, and my patience. I started seeing the big picture, combined with attention to detail. After all those words for career development, if you ask me which is my favorite part of my job, this is the collaboration with so many different people with their dreams, their strong qualities, and their own growth."
