United we rise in #Africa, divided we fall. Just as the Americans did before us, as We the People of Congo-Zaire are rising from obscurity and defending the battlements of liberty, and as we are triumphing in this cause, we will hearten and sustain the cause of freedom in all of Africa. #Americans stood side by side with the heroes of historic battles for freedom and with the few remaining champions of liberty in the present. And so will we Zaireans today. #newzaire Tozo koma
When we talk about systems thinking in the development sector, we mostly shy away from the systems of colonialism, neocolonialism and racism.
How different would our systems maps and interventions look if we didn’t?
How would the ‘implementation area’ move closer to where the actual power sits?

Haiti was once a success story of enslaved Africans who withstood French and, subsequently, American imperialism. So much has changed since. Reflecting on Haiti’s national anthem, the ‘Dessalinienne’, I found irony in the descent into madness my country is currently experiencing.

It seems like you're expressing frustration and a desire for African unity and empowerment in the face of historical and ongoing challenges. The exploitation, exiling, occupation, and sanctions you mentioned are significant issues affecting countries and individuals within Africa and its diaspora. Unity and strategic action are often seen as powerful tools to address such challenges.
I understand the importance of standing up for one's rights, demanding equality, and setting standards for a more just society. Empowerment and the pursuit of justice are essential for breaking free from systems that perpetuate social, economic, and political inequalities.
Remember, promoting unity, education, and peaceful dialogue can also effectively address these issues. Working together to create positive change can lead to more sustainable and transformative outcomes.
When you ask the imperialists, the neo-colonialists, critical questions concerning Africa and Africans, they get offended.
They want Africans to remain silent while the exploitation continues
