Rewind to last month activity when we organized the annual sales kick-off for 2024. Named "COMMENCE", this directorate-level kick-off includes activities like the COMMercial conferENCE for program discussion, COMMercial commENCEment for kick off ceremony, COMMercial excellENCE to recognize achievements, and COMMercial coherENCE for team bonding on the last day. Just four days after celebrating first day in 2024, we started with our pre sales kickoff event, "Road to Commence” ...and continued with “Executive Summit”, “Telin Beat”, “Ambassador Workshop”, and two days of “Commence” event. Bali Annual Telkom International Conference (BATIC) 2023 recently concluded, leaving behind a trail of remarkable achievements and memorable moments. Under the theme of "Unleashing the Innovation Wave, Enabling a Digital Tomorrow," BATIC 2023 brought together over 1,000 attendees from more than 310 global companies, and become the grandest BATIC event to date. We extend my heartfelt gratitude to the speakers and panelists who brought their expertise to the stage, all sponsors who support this event, and all lovely participants. I do hope BATIC has evolved into the regional and global gathering for the community and industry, and become a media for networking, collaboration, and the exchange of ideas to influence in shaping the future. None of this would have been possible without the tireless efforts of our dedicated BATIC 2023 team, with around 40 Telin’s employees and our event organizer, whose commitment and hard work transformed the plan into reality. Three years ago, in the midst of the global pandemic, when physical gatherings were impossible, we knew we had to adapt our branding and marketing activities to the isolation of lockdowns. That's when we came up with idea of new webinar series called "Telin Insights." It all started with a webinar on 1 October 2020, targeted domestic audience, featuring Telin's CCO, Pak Kristiono, and Pak Indra Utoyo. Our objective -at that time- was to educate and show a sense of unity during the challenging times. As the world started to recover, we realized the importance of bringing back the joy of in-person events. That's why we decided to bring Telin Insights out of the virtual world and into the real one. And we did it! Our first ever onsite version of Telin Insights took place in Singapore, on 3 May 2023. This session's theme was The Enterprise IT: Cloud Security Resilience, and we were thrilled to have our partners, community, associations, and potential customers in Singapore, all gathered in one room. I want to give a huge shoutout to entire team who made this possible. Every year, people of different cultures and backgrounds come together to celebrate and share their blessings with their loved ones during the Eid festival. In Ramadan, we organized an iftar party where we shared meals after a long day of fasting. Even though it was a short time gathering, it can create a sense of togetherness, especially in the current hybrid work situation. This can lead to better collaboration and communication in the workplace. I believe, Ramadan and Eid celebrations are an excellent opportunity to reflect on how we can strenghten teamwork in the workplace. By emphasizing values such as empathy, kindness, mutual respect, equality, and equity, we can establish a more positive and inclusive work environment where everyone feels appreciated and supported.
