International Cybersecurity and Cloud Conference (lCCC): We hosted the 5th Edition of the (ICCC) International Cybersecurity and Cloud Conference. It was a significant milestone, featuring a lineup of amazing and thoughtful speakers. 3. Launch of The Nigerian Cyber Hub: In collaboration with ABC, Unilag, Cisco, and GSDC, we proudly launched the Cybersecurity Learning Hub at Unilag. 4. Hackathon with ABC: Our Hackathon with ABC showcased innovation and problem-solving skills in the field of cybersecurity. 🌟 Event Round-Up: Unlocking the Future of Cyber Security in the Public Sector 🌟 Last week, we had the privilege of hosting a thought-provoking event in partnership with Cisco, that delved deep into the world of cyber security within the public sector. The event was nothing short of enlightening, and we've distilled the key takeaways for those who couldn't make it. 💡 Tom Burrell, a seasoned expert in the field, shared three major challenges facing public sector accounts. First, the growing importance of treating businesses as ecosystems, highlighting the need for comprehensive security strategies. Second, the complexity of cyber threats, where everyone can potentially be an insider, necessitating a new approach to defence. Finally, the undeniable presence of hybrid work in our post-pandemic world, which requires adaptable security solutions. 💡  Gisli Helgason demonstrated how the implementation of XDR (Extended Detection and Response), Secure Access, and Multicloud Defence can effectively support public sector organisations in their quest for robust cyber security strategies. His insights shed light on the tools and approaches that can make a significant difference in defending against cyber threats. 💡  We were honoured to have Declan Hadley, who shared his firsthand experience with the infamous WannaCry attack and the critical role he plays as a CIO in the NHS. His journey to driving innovative solutions at Cisco underscored the importance of learning from past incidents and staying ahead in the ever-evolving cyber security landscape. 💡  Ben Owen challenged our perceptions by discussing the implications of our digital footprint and how artificial intelligence is shaping the future for cyber criminals.
