Our inaugural live interaction with students and graduates during the spring edition of Talent Days job fairs in Poznań, was extremely inspiring and fruitful. At Erbacher the food family, building relationships with prospective employees is very important. All day long, we continuously welcomed people who were interested in our company, job opportunities within our team and also in our products. We were honored to welcome the 15 participants of the P-Seminar to our Think-Tank premises, where they showcased their remarkable project. 🩵 Since the 1970s, it has been the tradition for students of the Karl-Ernst-Gymnasium in Amorbach to organize and curate the Carnival session, fondly known as the "Prunksitzung" or "Prusi" for short. The organizing team shared insights into their project plan, the challenges they faced, and the impressive outcome they achieved.🏫 In addition to supporting the event, we saw this as an invaluable opportunity to introduce ERBACHER the food family to the prospective school leavers. We showcased our premises and productions, highlighting the various apprenticeships and dual study programs available. Who knows, perhaps we will have the pleasure of welcoming a new trainee or student from Amorbach in the near future!⏰ At ERBACHER the food family, we are committed to promoting initiatives that prioritize the development of children and youth. We believe in the importance of supporting regional efforts, particularly when they stem from private initiatives. 🏗️💛 Progress on the construction of work 6 in Nowy Tomyśl It's snowing, raining, it's cold and that means a big challenge for us. Nevertheless, construction is progressing, the building is heated and in January 2024 another two floors were built. 👷🚧 Thanks to the excellent cooperation between many of our colleagues at ERBACHER the food family and the construction partners, we are able to enjoy remarkable achievements.
