#UnexpectedJobs. Today, I am a smooth customer experience architect 🌁! I’m delighted to share that I’m taking part in BNP Paribas' global campaign, #UnexpectedJobs launched to encourage its employees to change their LinkedIn headline and explain differently what their role is a different manner. So I temporarily quit my job of head of industrialization & transformation to become a smooth customer experience architect 🏗️. I’m indeed very proud with all colleagues working with me on day to day to design, build, re-build, revamp, create bridges, coordinate and find new alternatives that constantly help our clients day to day interactions with our bank and then their business. I’m also very excited to bring this architect experience in very various domains such as trade finance, cash management, acquiring and KYC allowing to face various challenges, interesting people and skillsets with always a common denominator that remains the fluidity for our corporate clients.
