Contrary to our expectations, in a new paper published in GPIR, we (Marilena Juettemeier, April Bailey, Gulnaz Anjum, Dr. Alex English, Milan Obaidi, David Sam, Fatma Yaşın Tekizoğlu, & @Collins B.
