Fear is designed to protect us from current and future danger 💕 Fear is one of the seven universal emotions experienced by everyone around the world. Fear arises with the threat of harm, either physical, emotional, or psychological, real or imagined. While traditionally considered a “negative” emotion, fear actually serves an important role in keeping us safe as it mobilizes us to cope with potential danger. Fear is closely related to the emotion anxiety, which occurs as the result of often future threats that are perceived to be uncontrollable or unavoidable. The fear response serves survival by engendering appropriate behavioral responses, so it has been preserved throughout evolution. Fear is an intensely unpleasant primal emotion in response to perceiving or recognizing a danger or threat. In humans and other animals, fear is modulated by the process of cognition and learning. Thus, fear is judged as rational and appropriate, or irrational and inappropriate (or unconscious). An irrational fear is called a phobia. Nuclear anxiety can be defined as “fear of nuclear war and of its consequences” When breaking news and images about war, death, and destruction floods the media, it can be overwhelming and scary. For some, this may affect emotional health, triggering anxiety and stress. This is a common reaction. In fact, some experts have dubbed this phenomenon “ headline stress disorder,” “war anxiety,” or “nuclear anxiety.” Hence, imperative to protect People and the Planet is my sincere appeal for a Nuclear Weapon-Free World. 🙏🏻🙏🏻

Hanuman Jayanti 2024.The celebration of Hanuman Jayanti varies by time and tradition in each state of India. The day involves puja vidhi, temple visits, and nationwide celebrations with rituals and hymns. Lord Hanuman is worshipped by people for good physical and mental health, wisdom and knowledge and for protection against misfortune and evil. He is the essence of pure devotion, complete surrender to the divine and complete absence of ego. When Lord Ram ascended to heaven, he asked Hanuman to stay back and watch over Mother Earth and Hanuman agreed to stay back. In this way, when you have followed your life purpose and the time comes for you to leave your mortal body, the experience of your life purpose will remain. Chennakeshava Temple.is 35 km from Hassan city and about 220 km from Bengaluru. This is also referred to as Keshava, Kesava or Vijayanarayana Temple of Belur This is a 12th-century Hindu temple in, Hassan district of Karnataka state, India. It was commissioned by King Vishnuvardhana in 1117 CE, on the banks of the Yagachi River in Belur, an early Hoysala Empire capital. The temple was built over three generations and took 103 years to finish. This temple is dedicated to Vishnu and has been an active Hindu temple since its founding. It is reverentially described in medieval Hindu texts, and remains an important pilgrimage site in Vaishnavism. The temple is remarkable for its architecture, sculptures, reliefs, friezes as well its iconography, inscriptions and history. The temple artwork depicts scenes of secular life in the 12th century, dancers and musicians, as well as a pictorial narration of Hindu texts such as the Ramayana, the Mahabharata and the Puranas through numerous friezes. The Chennakeshava temple is a testimony to the artistic, cultural and theological perspectives in 12th-century South India and the Hoysala Empire rule. The Chennakeshava complex at Belur consists of a 443.5 feet by 396 feet court with several Hindu temples and minor shrines inside a walled compound.The compound is entered from the east through a Gopuram added during the repairs of the Vijayanagar empire era. All the gods and celestial beings gathered to witness this divine union. The wedding procession was a magnificent spectacle, with Shiva adorned in resplendent attire and Parvati shining beauty and grace. The celestial marriage ceremony, known as "Vivaha Panchami," symbolized the harmonious merging of the male and female energies of the universe. Titled ‘Omsiyyat’ , the Ramadan cultural evening was followed by suhoor made by the volunteers of the region’s first traditional Hindu stone temple in Abu Mureikha, off the Abu Dhabi-Dubai highway.
