Mike Schlotman, Kroger’s executive vice president and CFO, has announced plans to retire from the company in December 2019 after more than 30 years of distinguished service. Gary Millerchip, current CEO of Kroger Personal Finance and corporate strategy integration lead, will succeed Mike as senior vice president and CFO, effective April 2019. Mike and Gary have both played a pivotal role in our #RestockKroger plan, and we are so proud and thankful for everything they’ve done – and continue to do – for our customers, associates and communities.
