When I started working on my online course about putting New Work into practice in August 2022, I thought I would be done by New Year's Eve. Boy, was I wrong 😁 I just published the last chapter that makes the course complete 10 minutes ago 🎉 I *made* an online course ✅ Now I need to learn how to *sell* an online course 😅 How hard can it be? I guess, I'll be done by Easter... 😁

Chapter 10 about Relationships of the Transformation course was published today. This makes the course complete. #oldwork over-emphasizes individual skills and achievements while neglecting the critical importance of interpersonal connections. #newwork recognizes that the true value of teamwork lies in the relationships between individuals. It's in these connections that "1+1=3" becomes more than just a phrase, but a reality of collaborative synergy. As a lover of math, the statement "1+1=3" always slightly bothered me until I realized that in the context of collaboration, the plus sign (being the relationship) also adds value. Consider this: a well-working team of average people outperforms a dysfunctional group of brilliant jerks. Every time. Why? Because of the quality of relationships within the team.
