So when you practice #foresight, you don't predict but you forecast. You're not a fortune teller, you're more like a meteorologist spinning out future scenarios. Here's one scenario for folks in #LearningAndDevelopment - creating low/no code agents to serve different segments of your corporate population will be an L&D job of the future. You'll have to understand your audience requirements, the pros/cons of the data set that the agent will be trained on, provide robust feedback loops not just ensure accuracy but also tone. I think Brandon Carson posted something earlier today about how there will still be a need for humans in the loop. This will be one of those loops. #training #ai

We're in the midst of an explosion of AI-powered, digital products -- think chatbots/companion apps, software tools, games, etc. -- that can be sold to any customer in the world with an internet connection. Yet with more countries, there are more problems when it comes to selling these products. New post from Angela Strange and I on how to solve for this! Founders can choose to either stitch together multiple, best-in-class vendors to solve for: global payment orchestration, billing and subscription management, fraud prevention, tax calculation and remittance, and marketing. Or, they could partner with a Merchant of Record, like the Apple App Store, to abstract away this complexity and allow them to solely focus on building the best products possible. Founders building AI products are likely technical in nature, and we believe one path to distribution if you're a platform serving these founders is to be developer and community-led. Aside from abstracting away complexity for founders, Merchant of Record platforms can actually create network effects, driving value to all customers of the platform.
