No doubt we have made progress in our partnership with Nestlé, launched in 2023, to support initiatives led by young people around the world. I had the pleasure to assess this, along with our wonderful partners Laurent Freixe, Martha Uribe, Maria Sol Adaime & Zeeshan Suhail during my recent visit to Nestlé headquarters in Vevey. We confirmed the UNESCO Global Youth Grant Scheme has made significant strides in supporting youth-driven initiatives in #LatinAmerica, and we have exciting plans to continue our partnership for an even greater impact by linking it to the Nestlé youth #entrepreneurship platform.   During our discussions, we explored new avenues for collaboration, leveraging the #GlobalYouthGrantScheme to empower more inspiring projects across the globe, in Latin America and the Caribbean and also in Africa. This means support for entrepreneurs with positive #social and #environmental impact. We will also track youth well-being around the world through a new barometer, as concerns about their mental health and grim perspectives on the future are on the rise. I am also delighted to share that UNESCO is now part of Nestlé's led #GlobalAllianceForYOUth, a movement of like-minded organizations passionate about working together to help young people around the globe get the necessary skills and jobs to thrive. It's incredible to witness firsthand the transformative potential of youth-led action! Tailor your CV to the job Read the job description carefully and highlight the skills, experiences, and qualities they are looking for. Then, make sure to include these in your CV. 2. Keep it concise Aim for no more than two pages, with clear headings and bullet points to make it easy to read. 3. Use strong action verbs Use active verbs to describe your experiences and achievements, such as 'managed,' 'developed,' or 'achieved.' 4. Quantify your achievements Where possible, use numbers to illustrate your achievements, such as the number of people you managed, the size of budgets you oversaw, or the percentage increase in sales you achieved. 5. Highlight relevant experience Focus on the most relevant experiences that showcase your skills and achievements. Don't include everything you have ever done. 6. Use a clear and professional format: Use a clear and easy-to-read font, such as Arial or Times New Roman, and make sure there is plenty of white space. 7. Check for errors Before submitting your CV, proofread it carefully to ensure there are no spelling or grammatical errors.
