The meeting of the #Operations #Leadership #Team of Südzucker Group brought our more than 500 years of technical #experience and lots of #passion together to set the starting point of our journey to a new #CollaborativeOperations model.
Motivated by our joined #passion for our people, we discussed opportunities to intensify cross-divisional cooperation to fully leverage the strength of Südzucker Group. A great funnel of powerful ideas to be explored deeper has been created.
Big thanks to Norbert Harringer, Chief Technology Officer of AGRANA Group, and his team who have hosted the Operational Leaders of all Divisions and our technical Corporate Departments of Corporate Sustainability, Corporate Climate, Emissions, Health & Safety, Central Research & Development Services, Corporate Technical & Operations Excellence at Schloss Mauerbach in beautiful Austria. Special thanks to Bianca Brandfellner for the great organization of this event.
My highlights: The tour at the Bio-Refinery of Agrana Starch in Pischelsdorf guided by the passionate Plant Manager Josef Schuberth and Continuous Improvement Manager Bernd Schaider. And the evening session in the library of the hotel with inspiring external insights by Mike Smith from Gartner.
Big thanks goes to our #facilitator and #coach Stephanie Schmelcher-Mändle for preparing such a creative workshop, guiding us through these days with her great moderation – and ensuring we have some first tangible results.
