Moving forward, when a purchaser sent you an enquiry, you must be able to read the enquiry immediately to give quotation or to reply according to their concerns. Here are the step-by-step procedures on how to properly monitor received email enquiries.

     1. A purchaser looking for something will search on the internet using The Green Book.

     2. Product or Service enquiry will be sent to Trade Enquiry Service (TES).

     3. Using TES, enquiries will be delivered to the Advertisers that match the enquiry classification.

     4. Advertiser will be notified on his registered email account once enquiry is received.

     5. The notification contains the link to send your quotation reply.

     6. The Advertiser will be directed to My TES public page, where they can create their reply immediately.

     7. And because TES was made even better, advertisers are allowed to upload attachments up to 2MB.
