My way to be nose

After many years as a businessman and technology entrepreneur, I wanted to live the life I imagined in my dreams.

Light travel through life gives us the freedom to go for our dreams, live and feel. Carefully contemplating the color and aroma of nature to treasure them in memory became my favorite activity (long relegated to vacations saturated with activities), My particular scent tourism.

1980 Where is this passion for aromas born? An accident in my teens intensified my synesthesia in my sense of smell and color perception.

1989 While I was working as an electronic-computer engineer at the Chuquicamata mining production plants, its strong emanations in various processes led me to start my first studies in Odor Chemistry. I toured much of the Chilean highlands and treasured hundreds of new scents. Treasured aroma: Acantholippia tarapacana (Rica-rica)

1996 The Araucanía gave me great arboreal spaces, I traveled large areas with my arch, obviously my sense of ecstasy was ecstatic every day. This diversity led me to start the study of trees and plants, I even ventured into the landscaping business. Treasured aroma: Capsicum annuum Coriandrum sativum (Merken - Cilantro goat chili pepper)

2004 In Santiago de Chile the forest park was a daily journey, My synesthesia led me to create an Art gallery (more a personal collection than a business), hoarding dozens and dozens of works of Art. The permanent contemplation of thousands of colors calmed my condition.

Northern Spain and Southern France are very close and familiar places. My beautiful mother and my sister who likes to paint live in these moors. Almost every year I have toured with my nose places full of history, tradition, multiculturalism and vibrant fragrances.

This passion led me to relate to hundreds of perfumers around the world (France, Spain, Singapore, Denmark, Italy, Germany, England, USA, Mexico, India, Egypt, Argentina, Brazil, UAE, etc.), despite being a group something exclusive, mutual support is solidarity between peers. Although there are few who venture into solo races, in a space dominated by the big brands that press to differentiate themselves by olfactory domination of the masses.

Building chords with top-quality essential oils gives perfumes an extraordinary nuance, making an abysmal difference from industrialized perfumes.

A privileged nose is not enough, olfactory curiosity is a constant training, Added to a permanent update of studies in Botany, Chemistry and History. A particular connection to Human sensitivity must be maintained.

It is not a coincidence that my creations have a specific inspiration, my intention is to recreate the feeling of inspiration in a liquid jewel.
