Of the thousands of transactions available in SAP, these high business value have been verified as being supported with a direct connection to SAP in the initial release of Liquid UI. More transactions are available in the Professional Edition and Enterprise Editions.
The below information shows how to connect Liquid UI Client for SAP to your SAP application server,
All client-side configuration of the Liquid UI client is done in the GuiXT Liquid UI settings screen on the device. For all customers, the settings screen is accessed as follows:

Application Server | Specifies the name or IP adress of the SAP application server. Professional and Enterprise Edition users will specify the name or IP address of the GuiXT Server if one is deployed. |
Instance Number | Specifies the port that Liquid UI uses to connect to either the SAP application server or the GuiXT Server. |
Client | The SAP client ID. Obtain this value from your SAP administrator. |
Username | Specifies your username for logging into SAP. This will be displayed in plain text. |
Password | Specifies your password for logging into SAP. The password is always hidden. |
Language | Specifies the default language for the connection. This is a two-digit value, e.g. EN for English as in the example. |
SecureConnect Passkey | Used only by Enterprise customers. It contains the password for secure connections. In order for secure connection to work, the same pass key phrase emust be entered on both the GuiXT Server and on the iOS client. Please see the Server Configuration section for more information. |
Autologon | Enables you to connect automatically, without being required to enter logon credentials each time. When Autologon is turned on, you only need to enter your user information once - it is then saved for subsequent logons. |
Dialog Box at Message | When enabled, this option displays messages onscreen in dialog boxes. If this is disabled, messages will only display in the statusline at the bottom of the screen. |
Logging | Enable this setting to activate the logging functionality.This is explained further in the Logging section. |
