Soy-Ginger Dipping Sauce

No pot stickers or dumplings are complete without this soy-ginger dipping sauce.

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup soy sauce

  • 3 tablespoons rice vinegar

  • 1 tablespoon minced peeled fresh ginger

  • 2 teaspoons sugar

  • ¼ teaspoon sesame oil

Directions

  1. In a bowl, stir together soy sauce, rice vinegar, ginger, sugar, and sesame oil.
