I graduated from the Central Florida School of Massage in 2004. After graduating I started working in the field of Medical Massage right away.  Since then I have taken many Educational courses to further my education and widen my scope of practice. I am a certified Master level in Medical Massage since 2006. I have certification in Postural Distortion and Exercise rehab. I am a Certified Personal Trainer, long time weight lifter, and Fitness Coach. I would say that most of my patients come to see me for Deep Tissue massage, Neuromuscular Therapy, Connective Tissue, Pregnancy massage, Scar Tissue Reduction, Sports Injury, and Post Surgical Recovery massage.  I am hoping to bring a different aspect into my work with adding the option to have Personal Training along with massage. I feel that it is really important to be able to understand what we are doing to our bodies everyday. With casual posture adjustments, and easy pointer and tips to help you keep that relaxed, "just massaged" feeling longer between visits. I look forward to seeing you in the office and getting your groundwork for happiness in a healthy life style started.
