Easter bunny has returned to Mass. malls; here’s where

The Easter bunny has returned to Massachusetts malls, ready for photos and events.

Although Easter is still a few weeks away, the Easter bunny is available for meeting children and fun photo opportunities at malls across the commonwealth.

Easter, a Christian holiday commemorating the resurrection of Jesus, is on April 9.

The website whereisbunny.com lets people know where the closest location is to them. It also allows customers to reserve and book their times.

The Easter bunny is available for photos beginning March 17 at Holyoke Mall, while the bunny is at Auburn Mall and Natick Mall beginning March 24.

There will also be “pet parties” to allow pets to have their photos taken with the Easter bunny during specific dates and times. They will be “collecting donations on behalf of The Humane Society of the United States at your visit.”

Other specific events include sensory-friendly environments and pastel parties, where they’ll be “collecting donations on behalf of St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.”

The Easter bunny will also be at Yankee Candle Village in South Deerfield at 10 a.m. on March 25.
