Description: Amperozide HCl is a 5-HT2/D2 antagonist, inhibiting nomifensine-induced hyperlocomotion and human FAAH. Amperozide, a novel 5-HT2A receptor antagonist that releases dopamine from mesolimbic neurons, suppresses alcohol drinking in rats.
