Moel Goedog E submitted by PaulM : This is the Moel Goedog East circle located at SH61043245. It has good views over Porthmadog Bay but interestingly the view to the Moel Goesdog W circle just down the hill is partially obscured. (Vote or comment on this photo)
Cairn Circle on the slopes of Moel Goedog, in the hills above Harlech; the eastern terminal cairn of the Fonllech Stone Row.

Moel Goedog East circle has good views over Porthmadog Bay but interestingly the view to the Moel Goesdog W circle just down the hill is partially obscured.

For more information see: Coflein NPRN 302797, an extract of which reads: "A circle of originally 12 upright stones, up to 1.0m high, 6.5-7.0m in diameter: excavation, 1978, showed that the stones were set in a low stone bank & enclosed a complex of pits, three of which contained BA urns, two, including the primary feature, containing a cremation deposit assemblages: a second, superficially similar feature lies some 44m to the west".

Update November 2019: The Stone Rows of Great Britain discusses the possibility of the nine standing stones at Moel Goedog making up a single stone row measuring 1,898 metres long, standing on a prominent ridge overlooking the sea. Their entry for Fonllech includes a description, a plan of the row from a survey carried out in August 2018, photographs of all the stones in the alignment, access information and a list of online resources for more information. The SRoGB also includes a section discussing the interpretation of this monument. This is the SRoGB's stone 1 in the row.

For information about the other stones in this probably alignment, see the individual site pages for Moel Goedog 1 to Moel Goedog 9 inclusive, plus the Moel Goedog E ring cairn.

Moel Goedog E submitted by Tom_Bullock : The OS Map shows 'Cairn Circles' at these coordinates. Two cairn circles stand within 160 feet of one another, generally sited E–W of one another. The one at the coordinates consists of shoulder–to–shoulder stones in a circle, as does the one to the W at SN61013245. The latter appears to have several standing stones external to those in the ring and that form a circle around them. The talles... (1 comment - Vote or comment on this photo)

Moel Goedog E submitted by SandyG : Large stone with kerbed cairn beyond. View from north (Scale 1m). This stone may have formed the upper end of the longest stone row in Wales.

Moel Goedog E
Moel Goedog E submitted by SandyG : A large slab lying to the north of this kerbed cairn may have represented the original upper end of the stone row. The stone measures 2.16m long by 1.12m wide, 0.83m high and is orientated at 137°. View from north east (Scale 1m).
