Caprice Bourret has dramatically changed her appearance since the day she stepped foot into the world of modelling.

The ex-Dancing On Ice star’s impressively smooth face is void of wrinkles, under-eye bags and furrowed brows.

Caprice, who has always denied Botox or facelifts, is almost unrecognisable from the model who graced the covers of magazines earlier in her career.

Bourret, 48, has appeared on more than 250 magazine covers, including Vogue, GQ, Cosmopolitan, Esquire, Maxim, FHM, and the Swimsuit Issue of Sports Illustrated.

The beauty was also named the world's sexiest woman by the News of the World, GQ's Woman of the Year, and Maxim's International Woman of the Year for three consecutive years.

She looks worlds away from her fresh-faced teenage years after moving from modelling into acting and setting up her company By Caprice.

After taking part in Celebrity Big Brother in 2005 Caprice said rumours claiming she's had plastic surgery were a "compliment", after initially being hurt and annoyed over accusations of cosmetic surgery.

She did however admit in 2009 that she feels pressured to look glamorous and would “of course consider surgery”.

Backtracking in 2010, Caprice claimed she’d “never even had Botox,” as she hit headlines for her suspiciously fresh face when she went make-up free for a photoshoot.

She insisted surgery rumours were false and credited her “good genes” for her smooth skin.

Caprice has admitted she keeps her skin looking radiant by not wearing anything other than moisturiser with SPF and a skin balm day to day.

She also credits her super-healthy diet, previously explaining: “I am vegetarian, eat organic foods and drink lots of water to flush out toxins.”

But when asked if she would ever consider having cosmetic surgery in 2017, Caprice again said: “Are you kidding me? Of course I would.

“I am seeing great results by using natural products, but if I have to go hardcore I will.”

In the same year Mirror Online revealed the mum has been undergoing painful needling mesotherapy vampire facials to keep her skin looking silky smooth.

The anti-aging treatment sees vitamin C and hyaluronic acid injected into the face with tiny needles with a special skin gun to stimulate collagen and plump the skin.

It is not clear whether she’s undergone any procedures between then and taking part in Dancing On Ice this year, which ended when she quit the show over rumours she being bullied by pro skater Hamish Gaman, which he denied.

Caprice did however undergo a life-saving operation for a brain tumour the size of a thumb in 2017.

She suddenly quit ski show The Jump after being diagnosed with the tumour.

The mum of two boys claims the show saved her life when she was made to see a doctor by bosses after suffering headaches and blurred vision.

Caprice hit headlines again this month when she quit Dancing On Ice after suggesting that her 'mental wellbeing had been compromised' following her split from pro partner Hamish.

The 48-year-old model confirmed that she had pulled out of the competition at the weekend after sparking controversy last month when she split from professional partner Hamish and was partnered with new pro Oscar Peter.

Caprice's rep told Mirror Online in a statement that it had been a "hard few months".

They added that Caprice would be taking time to recover and spend time with her family.
