'Pants on the Ground' a problem in Bay City? American Idol audition takes world by storm

This begs the question, are pants on the ground a problem in Bay City? In 2008, Flint police tried to ban people from “sagging” their pants. Sagging your pants is already outlawed in Atlanta, where the now-famous American Idol audition took place.
