He's sad because their is no legends 3.
And knowing Capcom, it won't happen.
But, we can pray.
Don't get why everyone just remembers these guys from Marvel Vs. Capcom when they were more prominent, fun and adorable in The Misadventures of Tron Bonne from PS1... which was their feature debut.
They were just extras in Megaman Legends though... Shame we'll never get a sequel...

Probably because it sold better and joke characters in fighting games are always popular. Still love these guys in every game they're in.
