Twilight Waltz Layla is Starlight skin for the month of October. This is her second Starlight skin after Bunny Babe and her ninth overall skin in the game.
At first glance, this new skin is similar to Nana‘s Graveyard Party skin with the small hat and the intricately designed dress. But upon looking at his character model in-game, the skin looks and feels unique.

The new Starlight skin will be released on October 1 for 300 diamonds.
