In addition to fine white wines, Öömrang produces an extensive range of eau de vie distilled from only the finest fruits and berries. Consider that as much as 40 pounds of hand-selected fruit, piece by piece, are needed to distill one liter of eau de vie.
Then, each eau de vie is distilled slowly, at low heat, in a watched, time-consuming process to capture each fruit's taste, essence, and bouquet.
Finally, we bottle only the best of the hearts in our distilled spirits, with each batch personally selected and individually tasted by our distillery master, all to ensure that you can enjoy delicate aromas and the pure and clear flavors in every sip. This process results in a mellow spirit with a beautiful aroma, distinct and unique to each fruit. Perfect for post-prandial imbibition or inventive pre-prandial cocktails.
