Local boy McEachran began his professional career with Chelsea, having signed for the Blues at the age of seven. He had loan spells at a variety of clubs, most notably Middlesbrough and Vitesse Arnhem, before signing for Brentford in 2015. After four seasons with the Bees he moved to Birmingham City and from there to Milton Keynes Dons. He joined the U’s in July 2023.
