Crispy vegan shortcrust pastry biscuits with Intera® flour and no added sugar. Sweetened solely with isomalt, thanks to the type of flour used, they contain immediately bioavailable soluble fibre and vegetable calcium present in the oat milk.

Traditional biscuits

Here you can find the traditional biscuits, many of which form part of the Prodotti Agroalimentari Tradizionali della Calabria (P.A.T.) [Traditional Food Products of Calabria] products, identified by the Ministry of Agricultural Food and Forestry Policies in accordance with Ministerial Decree no. 350 of 8 September 1999.

Piparelli

Cinnamon and cloves along with crispness and thin cut, make these biscuits ideal at the end of a meal accompanied by liqueur wines.

Ingredients: Type “00” soft WHEAT flour, ALMONDS (18%), honey (14%), extra virgin olive oil (4%), bicarbonate of soda, cinnamon, cloves, natural orange flavouring.

Bergamot Amaretti

The bergamot jam in the amaretti is made from Reggio Calabria bergamot pulp. The tartness of the jam goes well with the sweetness of the almond paste and is ideal with coffee and tea.

Ingredients: Shelled ALMONDS, sugar, EGG WHITES, honey, natural bergamot flavouring (0.30%). With added bergamot jam (Calabrian bergamot, sugar, pectin, vitamin C).

Vegan Stomatico

This is a typical cake from the city of Reggio Calabria, with a caramel sauce and almond base.

Ingredients: Type “00” soft WHEAT flour, sugar, ALMONDS, sugar, caramel, high oleic sunflower oil (4.6%), raising agent: ammonium bicarbonate, cinnamon, cloves, natural orange flavouring.

Sesamini

I Sesamini sono biscotti in tenera pasta frolla ideali per il tè del pomeriggio ma accompagnano bene anche i vini dolci e liquorosi.

Almond and bergamot shortbread biscuits

These shortbread biscuits are made from self-produced peeled almond flour and natural bergamot flavouring.

Yes, but only the packaged products and breadsticks.

You can find the fresh bread and the fresh and savoury confectionery only at our shop in Reggio Calabria.
