Check this out. One, two, three. Wow. Now that we flip those, look at the result. This is what you're left with. Alright, let's see it. Damn. Look at these, you know what these are? These are perfect little meatballs that we make in seconds, okay? Now, we're going to take our tray over here. We're going to put these meatballs over here. Boom. One, two, three, meatballs. Alright, I will have more space. I'm going to make another tray but for now, I'm going to show you how I make this tray over here. Okay? So after you have your meatballs over here. This is what we want to do. We're going to take our gloves off before we start throwing meat and we want to add some rail tomato and basil. This is my favorite kind. I don't need any other sauce. And we're going to put all this sauce here in the crevices, alright? Look at this. Oh my goodness. This is the easiest recipe of meatballs you can find on the internet. Check this out. You see? We put a nice quantity of this sauce. We're going to add some Lando Lakes heavy whipping cream, only the premium guys, okay? Only the pre we're going to add this nice heavy cream over here about this much okay now as you can see what I got over here this is some basil and this is where I keep it you see you take this out we have here we put the water right and my basil stirs fresh for up to three weeks look at that beautiful so we take a few leaves of this basil we we we leave them whole just like that you see put a few look at that. It's so nice, colorful and tasty. And now I'm going to take this Romanian leaves because I like a lot of basil as you can see. Basil, the other basil. Okay and I have here my herb grinder. Check this out. I'm going to take those leaves. I'm going to put some in here. And some. Hold on. That's just one. Some in here and some in there. Now we press it up. Just like that. And just like magic. Once it's nice over there, look at this. We have freshly grinded basil. Oh my goodness. Fresh from the leaves. You see? Wow. A shower of basil. Oh my goodness. Alright, that was it. Now, we just need to add some black pepper so you have all the nice flavor right on, right in there. It doesn't get lost in here. Pepper. We're going to add some salt of course. Okay, there's a little bit of salt in the in the sauce but we need it for meatballs and you know, to make the sauce even tastier because we just add a lot of stuff. This was not a lot, I promise. We need it. We're going to put some crushed red peppers. You can use your fresh pepper if you like. Boom boom boom. I like my meatballs medium spices so that looks good to me. And some oregano leaves. Now this is optional because we have a lot of basil. But I feel like they give the nice taste. You know that we all recognize in our sauce. Look at that. Look at these meatballs. They're going to cook in this sauce and get all these flavor in there. It's going to be amazing. And it's going to be because check this beauty out. I have some belliozzo Parmesan cheese aged 10 months so it's nice you know and tasty and we're going to grate it on top of everything. Oh my goodness please. My goodness. Look at this. Oh my goodness. Whoa. Oh wow. Can never can never have enough of the Parmesan. Alright now the only thing you want to do we're going to swirl this a little bit. All right? And that's it and that's it. You see? Just whirl it so it gets nice and mixed. Let's see. You don't even need a spoon. Alright let's just bake this beauty at 350 until the meatballs inside are 160 Fahrenheit or you can just go by and check them one by one you eat them. It should take about 2530 minutes. All right? I'll see you later. Oh look at those meatballs. Nice and crunchy and crispy and look at this sauce. Wow. Look at look at this beautiful sauce we just made. Now we want to coat all these meatballs. All right? So that even the crunchy part can get nice and moist with the cream. Oh look at those colors. Look at those basil. Oh oh my God. I I love basil. I cannot lie. Oh my goodness. Okay now I have here my pasta and we are going to fix us a nice spaghetti and meatballs. Ooh. That's that's even a small portion for me but I guess you know that's the all the pasta I had. Look at that. Enough excitement. That's the looks good. Looks and sounds good and smells good and everything good. Now to finish this properly I have some Parmesan cheese. Okay and we're going to grate it fresh on top. My goodness. Check that out. Now you can decorate it with some basil but I don't even have the I don't want to waste any time. I want to just dig into this beauty. Oh look at this. Mm. Wow. Oh my God. You found my weak point. I'm exposing my weak point on the internet. Can you believe that? Wow. Mm. Oh my goodness perfectly cooked al dente let's see the meatballs Nice and moist. Steamy.

We're now going to slide in there some cooked up and crisp up bacon. Look at that. All right? Beautiful. Check this beauty out. Now for one second we're going to set this aside. I have here nine eggs. We're going to whisk those eggs in a matter of second. Check this out. There you go. Okay, our eggs are now mixed and we're ready to make this recipe, the best breakfast you ever had. Okay? So we're now going to pour this beauty right in there. Very gently on top of our bacon and pancakes. Okay? And if you have a family that loves egg and bacon, their recipe, they will love it. Okay? It's time now to add our parmesan, huh? The best or pork sausage. You can use beef sausage, turkey sausage, whatever sausage you may like. We're going to put these little cuties just like that. There you go. Boom. Look at that. Gorgeous. All right? Now I cooked the bacon because we don't want to have too much fat, alright? This is a kind of a low calorie breakfast. If you if you precook the bacon, if you don't, it's going to be hot. Now, Tilamuk, this is the best brand. This is some medium cheddar. You can use sharp if you prefer but it's not going to be as melty and this is my cheese grater and we're going to grate it fresh because you know, we're bougie, you know? There you go. Okay? Now you can put less bacon, you can put like less cheese, less of everything and you will have a very a very high healthy breakfast because this has like a little bit of carbs, you know, all the proteins and stuff, you know? And we want to make sure all of this is covered in that beautiful cheese so when we cut into this once it's ready we're going to have the nice cheesy pull that is just going to look and taste amazing you know and everyone that you make this breakfast pour they will remember this I can guarantee okay now bear with me while I finish to put in my cheese I'm almost done I want to make sure you guys see the final cheesy result okay because that's the whole point of this dish you know crispy bake pancakes, cheese, no man. Now you know I'm doing something good here. There you go. After this beautiful mountain of cheese. Okay? We're just going to put a little bit of salt. Or you can skip those. Cuz bacon is salty. I just put a touch because I just want the the the cheese to get the nice and flavorful. Some pepper of course. Now you can add like green onions, you can add green peppers, can add like oh red onions, you can add like whatever, garlic, all the stuff. I'm making a classic version that everybody always loves and they never complain, okay? Now, we're basically done. We just need to put the rest of our butter on top. I hope we have enough, you know? Just do this so you make sure it all gets nice and covered. There you go. Wow. Check this out. Try cover like the eggs and everything as best as you can. Doesn't matter if they flow up a little bit and what matters is you know, you have a nice top because it's going to cook nice and moist inside, you see? You go. This going to spread out eventually. It's going to puff up. Okay? There you go. If you want it more cakey, you can add some baking soda. I just like the classic version so just going to I just made this this better here with like some water and eggs. So you know it's going to rise up nice without baking soda or you can add your bacon. Alright and that's it. You know what? Let's let's leave it. Let's leave it with a little bit of holes here. Cuz eventually going to look good, okay? Now you see this gorgeousness, that's it guys, that's it. We just need one last thing when this out of the oven but in the meantime, let's bake this at 350 for just 3-five, 40 minutes, all right? I'll see you in a bit. My goodness guys, check this out. Okay, now we're going to flip this just like that. Boom. Look how beautiful this is. Now, before we cut into this and we see a result, I have some butter. We're going to put this all up in there so it gets the nice fresh melted butter aroma look at that oh beautiful okay gets nice and shiny you see this also okay and when I'm done this is my favorite this is the Missus ButterWords syrup and you can use your maple whatever syrup you prefer but this you can't just beat so let's put all our syrup on top. Wow. Okay, I'm going to put just a little bit then if my friends wants more, they can put it. Look, how pretty is that? Alright, let's cut into this. Nice and crunchy. Alright, let's see what we got. Okay, cut this part. Let's cut another slice here. Look at that crunch. Wow. And check this out. Oh my goodness. Will you take a look at that? You see? We got the sausage, the bacon, all the eggs. Wow. Okay, let's cut a nice piece for us. There you go. Make it there you go. Nice and pretty. Would you take a look at this? Oh man. This is great. Alright let's try it. Let's try it. Let's try.
