A young man is buried in sand and given false breasts on a beach in Flic en Flac, Mauritius. On weekends, Mauritians love to take over their beaches: camping, swimming, picnicking, fishing etc. Education from kindergarten to high school is free in Mauritius and has been since 1976. All old people above 60 and students get free bus rides to any part of the island, they're headed. Mauritius is an example for the rest of Africa.
