Many of my clients are experiencing sadness, anxiety on rotating subjects, lack of energy, disappearing motivation and inspiration, lack of meaning, emptiness, unsettling thoughts, unexplainable blah or boredom. Maybe the client is someone who is going through a life transition (marriage, moving, romantic break-up, death of a loved one, changing schools or graduating), an unresolvable conflict, or is unable to flee from the grip of the past.
I like to help my clients through practical solutions & interventions; processing emotions through mirroring, while evaluating their narratives & the stories they tell themselves; motivating & inspiring them, as they embrace self-determination & agency; illuminating surrounding beauty in their environment and wrestling back focus from the attention economy.
