Robinson explains that by the time most kids become adults, they have lost the capacity innovate because they are frightened of being wrong. Robinson's message is that we need to rethink our school systems and the things we teach children so that individuals that come out of the system are encouraged to be creative and try new things, without excessive fear of failure.
